But what is ultimate frisbee?

Ultimate is a team sport that can be played, mixed gender, men’s, or women’s, and is played indoors, on grass, or on the beach. All you need is a disc and some cones!

-You throw the disc between your team mates, and catch it in an end-zone at the opposite end of the pitch to score.
-You can’t run when you have the disc
-The sport is non-contact and self-refereed, even at the highest level which relies on sportsmanship and Spirit of the Game.
